Meet Gregory, your Divonne chef
After more than 12 years spent in the best French kitchens on the Côte d'Azur, I decided to share my passion and my values around Fire cooking.
The idea is to bring together children, friends, families, work colleagues around the same dish and spend a pleasant moment sharing.
Premium pizza and paella are ideally suited to the spirit of this cuisine and to cooking "over the fire".

What is Premium Pizza?
This is a professional quality pizza made in the purest Italian tradition. Thus, the dough is made "homemade" from carefully selected flours, organic olive oil, fresh yeast and spends several days fermenting in a room at controlled temperature. The dough thus develops all its aromas and becomes much more digestible. I work as much as possible with products from local crafts.
The garnish vegetables and salads are “organic” and come from cooperative stores in the Pays de Gex.
