Cooking pizzas requires an outdoor space
Depending on the number of guests (between 8 and 60 ) I adapt the basic equipment.
The Wood-Fired Oven on Trailer option requires a minimum of 30 m2 of flat surface and will be charged €250 in addition to the basic rate.
For cocktail dinner type events, the greater the number of guests (>24), the more interesting it may be to plan a buffet or aperitif platters between the pizzas.
I have 4 gas ovens with a capacity of 1 pizza every 4 minutes (5m² minimum required outdoors) and a large wood-fired oven on a trailer with a capacity of 2 pizzas every 5 minutes (20m² minimum of flat outdoor surface).
To have the tastiest dough possible, it must spend 3 days in a controlled proofing room, so remember to book your event with me at least 3 days in advance.

Paella can be made indoors or outdoors and this menu is ideal for larger events (>36 p.).
